Coaching Services

Life Coaching services with MyTotalTherapy take an active approach to recovery (hiking, biking, kayaking, recovery meetings, social events, etc.). Your coach has experience in recreational coaching, personal training, and peer support services to ensure you get professional and safe experience. Your Life Coach will join you in building recreation and social supports in your community, targeting connections, physical health, mental resilience, and purpose to support a healthy lifestyle. Coaching is available for individuals in North Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, Liberty Hill Area who are looking for life transitions (i.e., relocation/isolation, weight/health changes, addiction, divorce, serious mental health challenges).

We have bundled rates available that make services more affordable. Cost includes travel and some equipment for activities and events.  Bundled rates include 3 hours of in person services weekly to include virtual/telephonic evening and weekend support (i.e., $4.5K, 3 months).

Partial Payment is required to start reduced bundled rate plan, fee is non-refundable, and services must be used in the agreed time frame. Commitment is paramount to lifestyle changes and relapse prevention planning is essential for success.  Relapse drift, isolation, and motivational challenges are anticipated in early stages of change and this commitment will reinforce your ability to succeed.
