My Total Therapy offers a variety of addiction and mental health counseling services to include individual, couples, and group therapy with evidence-based practices. Services may be conducted in-office, virtually, in the community, or within client residence for those with disabilities or challenges that may impact travel.

 The first session of therapy typically involves the therapist and client getting to know each other, discussing the client's reasons for seeking therapy, and setting goals for future sessions. The therapist will ask questions to understand the client's background, current concerns, and what they hope to achieve through therapy. This initial meeting helps establish a foundation of trust and collaboration, allowing the therapist to tailor the treatment to the client's needs. 

A counseling session with My Total Therapy typically lasts for 53 minutes, although session length may vary depending on your specific needs and preferences. Some clients may come in for a brief time while others are looking for a more long-term support. The goal will be to make available support that will move you to your desired goal.
